Thursday Intermediate Wheel Course (Combined Forms)

Things are getting weird, and we love it! This course will begin with your class sketching out ideas and plans for your pieces, before you begin throwing various forms on the wheel and using hand building techniques to attach them together. You’ll learn about breaking down large forms into component parts, and will have a thorough glaze demo & assisted glaze time within the class. This is an Intermediate level course, and students should feel completely comfortable centering & pulling consistent walls, and should also be prepared to utilize open studio to keep up with the weekly lesson plan. **This class can be taken multiple times** Our multi-week courses meet once weekly for 2 hours of instruction and include unlimited open studio time for you to practice independently. Open studio sessions are booked in 1-3 hour sessions, and are offered daily. You must reserve space for open studio online beforehand, and can schedule these sessions according to your personal schedule. Please note that all makeup classes and open studio sessions expire upon completion of your course, unless you are re-enrolling for the following session.

Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the start of your first class for a full refund. No refunds will be made once the course begins. Makeup Policy: If you miss a class, don’t worry! We will do our best to place you in another class with an available wheel or hand building space.
